By engaging our credit repair services, you acknowledge and agree that you have voluntarily provided certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, identification documents, and credit-related information (“Personal Information”).

You authorize WhiteApple Financial Company to collect, store, use, and disclose this Personal Information solely for the following purposes:

1. Providing credit repair services to you;

2. Communicating with credit bureaus, creditors, and other third parties as necessary to perform those services;

3. Complying with any legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations; and

4. Improving and maintaining the quality of our services.

Additionally, you agree to notify us immediately if you plan to apply for any loans, credit, or other financial products while we are actively working on cleaning or repairing your credit. Failure to provide this notification will result in an additional service charge of $89.

We will handle your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You may withdraw your consent at any time by providing written notice; however, doing so may limit or prevent our ability to provide the services agreed upon.
